Heron Horse is dedicated to promoting Agritourism and hosting equine events in and around Erie County and Chautauqua County, NY.
Through a conjoined partnership of private landowners, the Heron Farm and Event Center and PFM Ventures we have over 200 acres of private land with 10+ miles of well established trails to explore with or without horses. There is a full service campground, several fun Air BnB's including cabins, yurts, little "Happy Camper" and a 4 bedroom beautifully renovated Farm House w/ Hot Tub! The private trails are open for horseback riding on horse event weekends and other dates by special request. Our trails connect to the North Harmony State Forest recreational trail system. Up to 8 outdoor horse corrals are available by reservation. Heron Horse is ready to host clinics, encounters, obstacle courses, trail challenges, trail riding and more.

Equine Trail Sports is a national organization that has combined competitive obstacle challenges with trail riding. ETS events are family friendly and set up so riders of every skill level can ride together in groups. These challenges are focused and scored on the partnership you have with your horse, not judged on your outfit or tack. ETS has a unique model where each obstacle has its own judge and each obstacle has 3 skill levels to choose from. There are no classes you have to wait around for and friends and family can all ride together. If the idea of competing is not your thing, you can still sign up as a ride along and enjoy the trails without competing on the obstacles.
